DreamWeight™ Returns & Guarantee Policy

At DreamWeight™, our goal is simple — to help you experience the best sleep of your life. We understand it can take a little time for your body to adjust to the comforting weight of your new blanket, so we offer a 30-Night Sleep Guarantee.

If after 10 nights you’re not in love with your DreamWeight Blanket, we’ll be happy to help you with a return or exchange.

30-Night Sleep Guarantee

We encourage you to try your blanket for at least 10 nights — your body may need time to adapt to the deep-pressure comfort.

Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order.

For refunds, we issue store credit in the form of a DreamWeight gift card, redeemable on our website.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement blanket.

Exchanges and returns are limited to one per order.

Condition of Return

To ensure we can donate returned blankets to charities and shelters, please return your blanket in its original condition and packaging — free from pet hair, stains, or damage.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@dreamweight.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and inspection.

After approval, your store credit or exchange confirmation will be issued via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
